The Wikimedia Foundation, which operates Wikipedia, has unveiled a new strategy for the development of artificial intelligence.

The non-profit organization has no intention of replacing human contributions with AI-generated text. Instead, it aims to leverage technology to create features that «remove technical barriers.» This will enable individuals to «spend their precious time pursuing their goals rather than searching for solutions to problems.»

It is worth noting that in October 2023, French philosopher and publicist Gaspar König referred to ChatGPT as the antonym of «Wikipedia.»
