The VK Predict platform has recently launched an AI service for marketers called AI Persona. Users can submit requests in plain language, such as «describe a representative of this audience segment» or «what interests typical of the segment can be leveraged for product promotion.» The AI system processes the available data and offers responses in a conversational format through a chatbot.
