Ubisoft to Unveil The Division 2s Upcoming DLC Battle for Brooklyn on April 23rd

Fans of Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, get ready: the highly anticipated expansion Battle for Brooklyn is set to emerge soon. The X account for the shooter announced that a livestream on April 23 will showcase the DLC in all its glory. This marks the first significant narrative expansion since Warlords of New York, which was released in 2020.

Initially, the launch was scheduled for 2024 as part of the fifth year of support, but the developers opted to delay it to focus on enhancing the game’s overall quality. As compensation, the project has been updated with new patches and events, including themed activities like the February “Valentine’s Projects Chain.”

Now, “Battle for Brooklyn” is slated for release in 2025. We will be returning to New York, revisiting the district familiar from the original The Division. A brief trailer hinted at an autumn atmosphere, introduced new enemies, and featured the series’ signature combat.

On social media, drawing from past DLC release patterns for Ubisoft projects and in-game hints, speculations suggest that the expansion might release between May 27 and June 10. However, this is merely conjecture, and an official date will be announced during the showcase. The developers have promised to share the link to the stream and the start time soon via their official social media channels.
