Tsunoda Reflects on Challenging 15th Place Finish at British Grand Prix

Red Bull driver **[Yuki Tsunoda](https://www.example.com)** reflected on his performance at the British Grand Prix, where he finished in 15th place.

«It wasn’t easy, but I wouldn’t say I made many mistakes. I faced some significant challenges with my pace. On a dry track, I lacked speed. The rain today turned out to be the main issue, leading to considerable tire degradation.

The incident with Birman was peculiar. The contact was minimal, but in those conditions, it had serious consequences. I immediately approached him after the race to apologize.

Looking at the positives, my speed during short stints was decent, but the tire wear during longer runs was quite poor. I felt very confident in the rain, but we need to determine why I was lacking speed. It could have been related to downforce, yet I still found myself slower than I should have been. The situation should be different in Belgium, so we will work on this,» Tsunoda’s remarks were reported by the team’s press service.
