Sunderfolk: A Tactical Co-op RPG Launching April 23 with Mobile Controls

During the Dreamhaven Showcase, the team at **Secret Door** announced the release date for their debut project, **Sunderfolk**. This tactical co-op RPG adventure is set to launch on April 23.

A standout feature of the game is the ability to use a smartphone or other mobile device as a controller. In the development of **Sunderfolk**, the creators drew inspiration from tabletop games while focusing on local cooperative play. Up to four players can join a session to explore the perilous lands of Sunderland, and there are six classes to choose from.

Combat takes place in a turn-based format, but there is no fixed order for player character actions. This allows gamers to respond dynamically to the unfolding events on the battlefield. Between missions, heroes will return to their home village of Arden to enhance it, which will unlock additional merchants, allow for the gathering of rewards, and give access to new skills and weapons, among other improvements.

**Sunderfolk** will be available on PC (via **Steam**), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch, but it will not feature a Russian localization. A demo featuring the first four missions of the introductory act is available on **GeForce NOW**, although progress cannot be transferred. The demo will be removed on April 7.
