Stanković Comments on Zabолотный’s Inclusion in Starting Lineup for Baltic Match

The head coach of Spartak, **Dejan Stankovic**, addressed questions regarding the lineup for the team’s second-round match against Baltika on July 26, particularly concerning which forward will start the game. Striker **Anton Zabolotny** will take the field for the red-and-whites against the Kaliningrad team.

**“There are no changes to your starting lineup. Is there competition between Ugalde and Zabolotny? Or does the decision on the forward depend on the opponent’s defense?”**
“It doesn’t depend on the defense but rather on the condition of our players. Ugalde and Levi Garcia have been involved with their national teams, and that period was physically demanding. They need some time to reach optimal fitness. We will do our best to give everyone time to be at their best condition,” Stankovic stated during a broadcast on Match TV.

The red-and-whites announced the signing of Zabolotny on July 1. The contract with the 34-year-old striker is for one year. According to information from Transfermarkt, the player’s market value is estimated at €700,000.
