Standard Chartered предсказывает Solana на уровне $2000 к 2030 году, несмотря на краткосрочный спад Translation: Standard Chartered predicts Solana at $2000 by 2030, despite short-term decline

The value of Solana might increase to $2000 by the end of 2030, even though the near-term targets have been adjusted downward. This viewpoint was expressed by analysts at Standard Chartered, as reported by The Block.

Jeffrey Kendrick, the head of digital asset research, revised his projection for the end of 2026 from $310 to $250. He indicated that the blockchain requires additional time to scale new use cases.

Nevertheless, Kendrick’s long-term forecast has turned more positive:

He referred to the recent market downturn as an opportunity for entry, noting that he is personally “buying the dip.” According to him, current market pressures assist in distinguishing quality protocols from speculative ventures. In this environment, selective asset picking is crucial rather than a “broad exposure” to the entire sector.

The bank highlighted the fundamental evolution of Solana «from meme coins to micropayments.» Speculative trading in the network dominated until May 2025, but liquidity is currently shifting towards SOL pairs with stablecoins.

Kendrick emphasized that “stablecoins” in the “people’s cryptocurrency” ecosystem circulate two to three times faster than those on Ethereum. The low transaction fees of the blockchain create opportunities for AI-managed microtransactions.

The expert anticipates that from 2026 to 2027, Solana will lag behind Ethereum in growth rates. However, from 2027 to 2030, the asset is expected to outperform Bitcoin.

At the time of writing, SOL is trading at $97.21 (-5.8% in the last 24 hours).

It is worth noting that in January, the daily number of active validators on Solana fell to 800, marking the lowest levels since 2021.
