Russian Voiceover for TES 4: Oblivion Remaster Released, Based on Original Dub

On April 22, TES 4: Oblivion was released — a remastered version of the iconic role-playing game from Bethesda. The game has been upgraded to Unreal Engine 5, featuring improved animations, a refined combat system, and a host of other enhancements. Unfortunately, the project launched without Russian language support due to licensing issues and the inclusion of new dialogue.

Just three days later, the SynthVoiceRu team announced the release of a preliminary version of the Russian voiceover for the game. This version includes lines from the 1C dubbing of the original 2006 release, albeit without the critical updates needed for the remaster. As a result, players may encounter bugs, and dialogue may not align properly with lip movements.

SynthVoiceRu emphasizes that this is the initial version of the Russian voiceover, which will be improved over time. Currently, the creators are awaiting the release of a complete text translation, after which the game will be fully voiced using neural networks.
