RTK-Data Center Enhances Access Management Features in Public Cloud

We are continuing to enhance our flagship product, the «Public Cloud.» The new user management features in the personal dashboard allow companies to flexibly configure employee access, boosting the transparency of system operations and enhancing security levels.

Users can now authenticate on the cloud platform using their corporate credentials, eliminating the need to create separate accounts. This simplifies the authorization process and reduces the risks associated with managing multiple passwords. Additionally, it is now possible to send invitations to new users with pre-defined roles. Once an account is activated, all access configurations are automatically applied.

The flexibility of user role management has greatly increased. The system enables the assignment of reading, editing, or full access rights within selected projects or specific services. For instance, organizations can control the visibility of financial information to staff who only handle payment data. There is also a feature that allows users to be grouped together, facilitating centralized management of their permissions, which is particularly beneficial for larger teams.

For integration with external information systems, the cloud platform now allows the creation of service accounts and the issuance of tokens. This automates the interaction process and removes the necessity of using personal accounts.

The «Public Cloud 2.0» is a modern cloud platform designed for businesses, offering scalability and a high level of security for its clients.
