New Era in Space: IV CSTP Mission Satellites Successfully Launched into Orbit

Today, July 25, 2025, the launch of the Soyuz-2.1b rocket, equipped with the Fregat upper stage, took place at the Vostochny Cosmodrome. This mission carried the helio-geophysical satellites «Ionosfera-M» No. 3 and 4, along with the fourth set of satellites from our CSTP mission: CSTP-4.1, CSTP-4.2, CSTP-4.3, and CSTP-4.4. As part of the STC space program, a cluster consisting of four 3-unit CubeSats was successfully deployed into orbit to address pressing scientific and technological challenges.

**Timeline of the Day:**
— 08:54 — Launch
— 09:03 — Separation of the payload module from the rocket
— 09:56 — Detachment of the Ionosfera satellite
— 11:34:34 — Command issued for the separation of CSTP-4.1
— 11:35:04 — Command issued for the separation of CSTP-4.2
— 11:35:34 — Command issued for the separation of CSTP-4.3
— 11:36:04 — Command issued for the separation of CSTP-4.4
— 12:06 — First communication session with all four satellites

Following a successful phase of flight-testing, the new mission of the satellite will focus on its specific objectives in near-Earth space, with a significant number of scientific and technical experiments planned.

Currently, the STC orbital fleet consists of 13 small satellites. The STC specialists have accomplished tremendous work, and we are on the verge of new discoveries!
