MTS Launches Pioneering AI Agent for Corporate Data Management in Russia

MTS has launched the first specialized LLM-based system in Russia for the automatic description of corporate data. This solution, integrated into the MWS Data platform, aims to streamline the processes of creating and updating data catalogs within corporate information systems.

A key feature of this solution is the AI agent’s ability to independently analyze the structure and content of a company’s databases, resulting in the generation of standardized descriptions. According to MTS, this technology can reduce the time spent on documenting and cataloging informational resources by tenfold compared to traditional methods.

The AI agent’s capabilities encompass the automated identification of data characteristics, the discovery of semantic relationships between various information sets, and the creation of meta-descriptions that align with industry standards.

Developers emphasize that implementing this solution can significantly cut operational expenses associated with data management by tens of millions of rubles, depending on the scale of the organization’s information infrastructure.

The underlying technology is based on a large language model (LLM) that has been adapted to handle the specific structures of corporate data.

The system offers two deployment modes: a cloud service with secure access and a local installation within the client’s isolated network, ensuring the necessary level of information security when dealing with sensitive data.
