Moscow Hosts Reactor Festival Celebrating Russian Video Games

In Moscow, a video game festival named «Rekator» will take place on **August 2 and 3** at the “ATOM” museum located in the VDNH area.

The event aims to promote the gaming industry, advanced technologies, and esports in Russia, with over 15,000 attendees expected to participate. Additionally, various projects from Russian developers will be showcased during the festival. According to Elena Mironenko, the director of the «ATOM» museum, the venue will serve as a platform for dialogue between the government and video game creators.

The festival will feature popular Russian video games, including «World of Tanks,» Warface, «Sparta 2035,» and more. Attendees can explore the esports area, visit an indie game showcase, participate in the fifth All-Russian conference «New Approaches-2025,» and engage in tabletop games and activities provided by Hobby World. Organizers will also conduct various lectures on game design and video game development. Notable companies participating in the festival include LESTA GAMES, Astrum Entertainment, VK Play, Rostelecom, Rosatom, and Skolkovo.
