Johannes and Tarjei Boe Bid Farewell to Their Biathlon Careers

Norwegian biathletes **Johannes Bø** and **Tarjei Bø** have concluded their careers with their final race. In the last event of the 2024/2025 World Cup season held on their home turf in Holmenkollen, Johannes finished in seventh place, while Tarjei crossed the line in 23rd.

The 36-year-old Tarjei Bø is a three-time Olympic champion in relay events and has earned three Olympic medals overall, along with 12 World Championship titles. He also won the overall World Cup title in the 2010/2011 season.

His brother, 31-year-old Johannes Bø, is a five-time Olympic champion and has claimed 23 World Championship titles. Additionally, he has been the overall World Cup champion five times and ranks second in biathlon World Cup history for most individual victories, with a total of 90 wins.
