From August 22 to 30, the influx into investment products linked to digital assets reached $2.48 billion. For the month, the total stood at $4.37 billion, as reported by CoinShares.

Since the start of the year, crypto funds have received inflows of $35.5 billion, with the total assets under management estimated at $219 billion. However, due to a market correction, this figure has fallen by 10% from its peak levels.

Ethereum-based products remained the primary beneficiaries of the recent weekly inflow, attracting $1.4 billion. In contrast, Bitcoin-focused instruments saw investments of $748 million.

«August saw a widening gap: net inflows for Ethereum funds amounted to $3.95 billion, while Bitcoin products recorded an outflow of $301 million,» analysts pointed out.

Among altcoins, investment vehicles based on Solana and XRP stood out, bringing in $177 million and $134 million, respectively. This positive trend was attributed to optimism surrounding the approval of ETFs for these assets.

Regionally, the United States led with $2.29 billion, followed by Switzerland ($109.4 million), Germany ($69.9 million), and Canada ($41.1 million).

It’s worth noting that from August 16 to 22, investment products tied to digital assets lost $1.43 billion amid concerns regarding a decision from the Federal Reserve.
