Eliza Labs против X: обвинения в монопольных схемах и кражах ИИ-технологий Translation: Eliza Labs vs. X: Allegations of Monopoly Schemes and Theft of AI Technologies

The AI company Eliza Labs has filed a lawsuit against X Corp., founded by Elon Musk. The firm is accused of «abusing its monopolistic position» and engaging in unfair competition.

According to the lawsuit, X Corp. obtained crucial technical information from the startup, released similar AI products, and subsequently suspended the accounts of the project and its founder, Show Walters, on the social media platform that shares the same name. This suspension occurred without prior notice or explanation.

The plaintiffs claim that X Corp. leveraged its «monopolistic position» to eliminate competition in the AI-agent market on its platform.

The statement reveals that the suspension was preceded by attempts by the company to pressure Eliza Labs into purchasing a corporate license priced at $50,000 per month, which the project refused.

Startup representatives believe that X Corp.’s actions represent a «coordinated, fraudulent, and anti-competitive effort» to extract money and technical insights from their development processes.

Eliza Labs is the creator of the open-source protocol elizaOS, which is valued at $2.5 billion. In April, the company launched the platform auto.fun for the creation, deployment, and monetization of AI agents.

It is worth noting that in August, the Ethereum-based gaming network XAI accused the Elon Musk-supported startup xAI of trademark infringement and unfair competition.
