Bivol Envisions an Inspiring Legacy for Future Generations Beyond Boxing

The former undisputed world champion in the light heavyweight category (up to 79.2 kg), Russian boxer **[Dmitry Bivol](http://example.com)**, shared his vision for the legacy he hopes to leave behind after he retires from boxing.

«I want to leave behind a narrative that tells how a boy from a small town, lacking in opportunities, can achieve great things. Every time I visit Tokmak in Kyrgyzstan, I see children and realize that I was once just like them, running through the same streets and living in similar houses. Somehow, I had the chance to travel the world, experiencing so much along the way, and I made it. Yes, the journey was tough, but it was feasible.

I genuinely hope these kids can see this, know my story, and understand the dedication I put in, knowing they can do the same. I want aspiring boxers to immerse themselves in my techniques, my training methods, learn from them, and utilize that knowledge. I plan to establish boxing gyms—there’s already one in Kyrgyzstan, and now I aim to set up one in St. Petersburg. Additionally, I want my children to have better opportunities than I did. If that’s what legacy means, then let it be that,» he expressed, as reported by Forbes.ru.
