Apple Introduces AppleCare One: A Comprehensive Insurance Plan for Multiple Devices

Apple has introduced AppleCare One in the U.S., a comprehensive insurance plan that covers multiple devices under one policy. The basic subscription costs $20 per month and protects up to three devices. Users have the option to add more gadgets, with an additional charge of $6 for each device beyond the limit.

AppleCare One offers unlimited repairs for devices damaged by drops or exposure to moisture, as well as coverage against theft. This service is available for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch users. Additionally, subscribers benefit from 24/7 priority customer support and are entitled to battery replacements if wear and tear occurs.

Notably, AppleCare One is not limited to new devices. If a gadget is in good condition and was purchased within the last four years, it can still be insured.

Users can also opt for AppleCare+, which requires separate policies for each device, with pricing varying based on the type of gadget. For instance, insuring an iPhone costs $100 per year, while a MacBook can be insured for $35.
