Ministry of Digital Development: IT Mortgages to Benefit More Specialists by 2025

The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia has announced that by 2025, the number of companies included in the list for participation in the program has doubled. Currently, there are 6,000 organizations listed. According to the ministry, these measures will enable a greater number of IT professionals to take advantage of the preferential mortgage.

The list includes IT companies that, based on their results for 2024, utilized tax incentives and submitted consent to the Federal Tax Service (FTS) regarding code 10 062 for the disclosure of tax secrets. This consent needed to be submitted by May 20. If a company previously provided a perpetual consent, there is no need to submit it again.

If a company fails to send the consent in time, the bank will be unable to verify that the borrower works for an organization that meets the program’s requirements. The new conditions do not apply to loans issued before August 1, 2024.

To check if a company is included in the list, one can visit the Gosuslugi portal and enter the organization’s tax identification number (TIN) or its name. If the company does not appear in the list, it’s important to inform the employer, as the consent might have been submitted incorrectly or late. It’s necessary to use consent specifically under code 10062; consent under code 20009, submitted during accreditation, is not acceptable.

The next update of the list is scheduled for after September 25, and new consents must be submitted by September 20.
