Collaborative Agreement Signed Between All-Russian Athletic Federation and Match TV at SPIEF 2025 to Promote Athletics in Russia

The All-Russian Athletics Federation (VFLA) and Match TV have reached an agreement to collaborate on promoting sports. The contract was signed during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2025), which runs from June 18 to 21.

The document was signed by VFLA Chairman and PSB Head, Pyotr Fradkov, on behalf of the federation, while Alexander Tashchin, the General Producer of Match TV, represented the channel. This partnership aims to enhance the development of athletics in Russia, increase the number of broadcasts and special projects, and raise the profile of the country’s leading athletes.

Alexander Tashchin emphasized that Match TV is committed to supporting the initiatives of the VFLA, stating: «This partnership not only aims to expand the airtime for athletics but also to develop new programs, interviews, and special initiatives. During major competitions, media days will be organized to boost viewer interest in the sport.»
