Fplus Unveils New Alcor and Mizar Smartphones at CIPR 2025 Conference

In May 2025, Fplus unveiled two new smartphones named «Alcor» and «Mizar.» These devices are named after stars in the Ursa Major constellation. The smartphones will only be sold to government agencies and businesses, with no retail availability. The phones are partially assembled using components sourced from China, with processors provided by MediaTek, and production will take place at the Fplus factory in the Moscow region. The devices were first showcased at the CIPR 2025 conference.

The new smartphones will run on Russian operating systems, namely » Aurora» or «Red OS M,» allowing users to choose the OS according to their preference. Both operating systems are included in the registry of domestic software, enabling the devices to be utilized in government procurements.

The «Mizar» features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chip, and equipped with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. It houses a 4600 mAh battery with 33 W fast charging capability. Camera specifications include a primary 108 MP lens, a 5 MP additional camera, and a 32 MP front-facing camera. Available colors for Mizar are glossy black, matte black, and glossy white.

The «Alcor» comes with a 6.67-inch IPS Full HD display, the same Helio G99 chip, and 8 GB of RAM paired with 256 GB of internal storage. Its battery capacity is 5000 mAh, also supporting 33 W fast charging. The camera setup includes a 50 MP main camera and a 24 MP front-facing camera. The available color options for Alcor are black and blue.

The smartphones are expected to be registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the autumn of 2025. The devices already meet the requirements of government regulation No. 719 for 2026. The manufacturer aims to produce up to 50,000 units annually.
