Talalaev: Hats Off to the Struggling Players of Rostov, Krasnodar, and Chornomorets

The head coach of Kaliningrad’s «Baltika,» **[Andrey Talalaev](https://example.com/1414-talalaev/)**, expressed his solidarity with the players of «Rostov,» «Krasnodar,» and Novorossiysk’s «Chornomorets,» who are facing logistical challenges.

«Our journey back home is still ongoing, but I don’t find anything particularly adventurous about it. Spending seven hours on a bus along a nighttime road is quite normal for us; we’ve adapted to such situations. I have a deep respect for the players in the south, particularly those at ‘Rostov,’ ‘Krasnodar,’ and ‘Chornomorets.’ Their difficult logistics can explain the rapid fluctuations in their performance. Maintaining a high level of play over an extended period while constantly on the move is indeed tough.

Thanks to our sponsor, ‘Rostec,’ we enjoy relatively comfortable conditions. Typically, for long trips, we use two buses. After fulfilling our main task for the year, we granted the players two days off, with one of those spent traveling. We departed at 7 PM yesterday and arrived in Stavropol by 3 AM. After a brief rest and breakfast here, we’ll head to the airport. We will be flying to Kaliningrad via Moscow until 8:50 PM,» Talalaev stated in an interview with Championship correspondent Oleg Lysenko.

On May 17, «Baltika» will face Krasnoyarsk’s «Yenisey» in the 33rd round of the First League for the 2024/2025 season.
