The cryptocurrency exchange BloFin has been awarded the ISO 27001 certification, confirming its adherence to the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS), as stated in a press release.

ISO/IEC 27001 sets forth the requirements for establishing and updating ISMS. This certification indicates that BloFin’s internal systems, data processing procedures, and risk management practices meet recognized standards in the field of information security.

According to the press release, obtaining ISO/IEC 27001 certification means enhanced protection for users’ personal and financial data, improved risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Following this certification, BloFin will continue to conduct regular audits to ensure the resilience of its infrastructure in the face of continually evolving cyber threats.
