Zenless Zone Zero Set to Launch on Xbox Series with Exciting 2.0 Update This June

Following the presentation of Zenless Zone Zero version 1.7, the team at HoYoverse hosted a stream focused on the Xbox version of the game. This urban fantasy will land on the Xbox Series concurrently with the launch of update 2.0 in June 2025.

The developers have meticulously optimized Zenless Zone Zero for the Xbox Series. The console version supports features such as ray tracing, HDR, and haptic feedback, promising a stable performance of 60 frames per second at 4K resolution. Additionally, the unique Quick Resume capability on Xbox Series allows users to switch seamlessly between multiple active games without lengthy load times.

Players can already add Zenless Zone Zero to their wishlist on the Microsoft Store. The title will also be available on Xbox Cloud Gaming, enabling Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to enjoy gaming across various devices without the need for downloads. As with other titles from HoYoverse, cross-play functionality will be supported.

Version 2.0 will introduce a new chapter set on the Wafei Peninsula, where the vibrant urban life intertwines with cave exploration, creating a more cohesive and engaging narrative. A specific release date will be announced later. However, the upcoming version 1.7 is set to launch on April 23.

Zenless Zone Zero is already playable on PC (via a standalone client or EGS), PlayStation 5, and mobile devices.
