Indiana Jones Can Now Toss Repair Kits as Weapons in New Update

MachineGames has released the fourth major update for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, introducing not only bug fixes but also some entertaining new features.

A standout element of this patch for many players will be the ability to throw repair kits at enemies. While previously these items simply took up inventory space, they can now be used as makeshift weapons. And that’s not all—Update 4 also adds two new adventure books featuring unlockable skills.

Additionally, the update brings numerous enhancements: you can disable the central screen dot, skip cutscenes even if you haven’t seen them, and the display of maps has been improved when they are folded, among other tweaks.

Many bugs across various locations have also been fixed. Animations have been improved, interactions with objects have been refined, and quest markers and NPC behaviors have been enhanced. Issues causing Indy to get stuck or fall off the map have been addressed. There have been updates to the user interface, sound, graphics, and localization. The PC version now supports DualSense and is compatible with Xbox cloud saves. You can find the complete patch notes at the link provided above or here.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is available on PC (Steam) and Xbox Series. The Russian localization includes only the text translation. PlayStation 5 owners will be able to learn more next week on April 17, when they can discover why the title received our «Commendable» rating.
