«Stalnye Lisy» (Magnitogorsk) vs. MHK «Molot» (Perm).

Play-In series for the Western Conference:

«Almaz» (Cherepovets) vs. «Dinamo-Shinnik» (Bobruisk);
«Atlant» (Moscow Region) vs. «Krasnaya Armiya» (Moscow);
MHK «Dinamo» (Moscow) vs. «Krylya Sovetov» (Moscow).
