Assassins Creed Shadows Achieves Record-Breaking 2 Million Players in Just 48 Hours

More than 2 million gamers have engaged with Assassin’s Creed Shadows, as Ubisoft proudly announced. This milestone was achieved within just two days of its release.

Meanwhile, Shadows is approaching a record high for peak online player count in the series on Steam. Currently, the crown belongs to Odyssey, which had 62,069 concurrent players. However, the adventures of Naoe and Yasuke are rapidly nearing this figure. At the time of writing, the peak number of gamers in Shadows has reached 58,606 players, and it continues to rise.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows is now available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and on the cloud service Amazon Luna with Russian subtitles. Both critics and players have given the game a warm reception. In the Valve store, Shadows boasts very positive reviews, holding a rating of 81%.
