Canva представляет ИИ-модель для упрощения процесса дизайна и запуска рекламных кампаний Translation: Canva Unveils AI Model to Simplify Design Processes and Launch Advertising Campaigns

The online platform Canva has unveiled the «world’s first» design-focused AI model along with a range of new solutions built on it.

The company has revamped its video editor to cater to users with no editing experience. A new template library has been integrated, along with a simplified timeline for trimming, synchronizing, and layering elements.

Additionally, a new tool named Forms has been introduced for gathering feedback, similar to Google Forms. This allows users to input data directly into Canva, which can then be automatically imported into Canva Sheets.

Canva has also launched a new platform called Canva Grow, which enables users to design and launch marketing campaigns while tracking their performance with the help of AI.

The new Email Design product empowers marketing teams to create and export branded email campaigns without needing coding skills or transitioning to specialized platforms like Mailchimp.

All the new features are based on an AI model «trained to comprehend the complexities of design.» Most AI-driven solutions are deeply integrated into every stage of the design process and are accessible through a premium subscription.

Canva’s last major release took place in April, when the company introduced the new Visual Suite 2.0 toolset.

Notable additions included Canva Code—a virtual assistant that enables the creation of interactive widgets, documents, website elements, and mini-apps.

«We have accelerated the pace to two major product events annually. With a relatively stable employee count, we have become significantly more efficient,» noted Chief Operating Officer Cliff Obrecht.

He attributed the rise in productivity to the application of artificial intelligence in their operations.

Canva is banking on AI tools to drive revenue growth ahead of its IPO. Recently, the company appointed former Zoom CFO Kelly Steckelberg as its new CFO.

Obrecht mentioned that the company aims to go public within the next two years, though a specific date has yet to be determined.

It’s worth noting that in October, OpenAI introduced a new feature allowing users to create applications directly within ChatGPT. This enables interactions with Canva and other services right inside the chatbot.
