The award encompasses seven categories aimed at creators of educational and analytical content.

Binance will accept submissions until October 12, 2025. Participants can nominate other content creators or put themselves forward for consideration.

«The more valid and diverse nominations you submit, the greater the chances for nominees to make it to the shortlist,» states the award’s page.

Candidates will be evaluated based on several criteria:

Those who pass the initial selection will advance to the community voting phase, which will take place from October 15 to 26 on the Binance Square platform. Only verified users of the exchange will be eligible to vote.

Binance will announce the winners on November 3, 2025. The awards ceremony is scheduled for December 3 during Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai, where winners will receive engraved medals.

Earlier, Kirill Khomyakov, head of Binance’s regional markets in the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, and Africa, commented on the proposed changes to the Ukrainian draft law on cryptocurrency regulation.
