The Google corporation has launched an affordable subscription plan, Google AI Plus, in over 40 countries, including Ukraine, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Egypt, and others.

This budget-friendly subscription was first introduced in Indonesia for 75,000 rupiah ($4.5).

In most countries, the price is around $5. In some regions, the company is offering a 50% discount for the first six months.

Google AI Plus provides access to the AI model Gemini 2.5 Pro and tools for creating images and videos—Flow, Whisk, and Veo 3 Fast.

Subscribers will also gain additional features in the research assistant NotebookLM and will be able to utilize artificial intelligence in Gmail, Docs, and Sheets. Furthermore, users will have access to 200 GB of cloud storage.

This announcement came just a day after a similar subscription from OpenAI was expanded to Indonesia. ChatGPT GO, priced at $4.6, was first introduced in India in August.

Both companies provide a basic plan at $20 per month. With the introduction of these new budget-friendly options, they aim to attract more paying users in regions where $20 is considered a high price.

Additionally, in September, users of Google Photos on Android were given the ability to edit photos using voice or text commands in natural language.
