Li stated that authorities will continue to expedite efforts to create mechanisms for market entry and exit. This is essential for fostering a competitive environment.

Beijing aims to enhance research and development in key technologies while concurrently building infrastructure for training and testing.

The government also intends to promote the consolidation and sharing of technological and industrial resources nationwide to encourage the practical application of humanoids.
